Mediation is a non-adversarial method that allows you to work out disputes before or during the court process. As your neutral, Marcy will help you surface the issues, discuss the facts, and help you work towards a mutually acceptable resolution.

Mediations are confidential proceedings, and you must sign any agreements to make them enforceable by court order.

Divorce Mediation
As your mediator, Marcy will work with you and your spouse to decide how to move forward. Her job is to help you uncover what the important questions are and the information you need to know and to help you work towards mutually acceptable answers. Marcy will help you share information, generate then evaluate options, and negotiate agreements.

You have the option of being represented by counsel and will be advised to seek independent legal advice before signing any final documents.

Collaborative Law
Collaborative law is a non-adversarial team approach to divorce that strives to provide you the context to successfully go through your divorce while preserving your relationship with your soon to be ex-spouse.

Your team can include just your Attorneys or your Attorneys, two Divorce Coaches, a neutral Financial Specialist, and a Child Specialist. You, the client remains at the center of this process, and it is you who will make the final decisions.
